Tis the season for planting!

Class: Reception Mrs Devey Year: 2015 - 2016

It has been hard work helping our teachers and Mr Doran move all the new soil delivered into our cottage garden area so that we can plant our wild garden (Ms Bowden says 'many hands make light work'). However we have had lots of fun and learned a lot about different types of plants and what they need to stay healthy. We also found lots of mini beasts such as worms, wood lice, ants, snails and caterpillars. We made sure we put them back carefully in their habitats once we had finished observing them.
