On Friday's we will have our 'Exciting Engineering' time, where we will be exploring the curriculum from an engineering point of view. We are very excited about our new curriculum.
Here is some important information for our class...
- Our class starts at 8.55am and finishes at 3.05 pm. Drop off and pick up are at the usual junior gate. Please be prompt as gates are closed when our class have gone in.
- PE days are Tuesday and Thursday. On these days children can come into shcool wearing their PE kit. All PE will be outside so as the weather gets cooler remember to wear a tracksuit.
- On Monday, Year 3 and Year 4 will be completing their 'Golden Mile Challenge'. Trainers can be brought in for this, as we will be running on the field.
- All children should bring a water bottle (clearly labelled with their name) to school to keep on their desk. If your child has packed lunch please remember to ensure that they are able to open everything themselves and that grapes and cherry tomatoes need to be cut in half. This is for safety reasons.
- Children don't need to bring any extra equipment to school with them as we are providing everything they need in class.
- If you need to speak to me regarding any concerns or to give me important information please phone the office and they will pass the message onto me.
- Homework will be given on Google Classroom. Also, please make regular use of Timetables Rockstars and Numbots.
- We will have a weekly spelling test on a Friday; these will be from the Y3/4 spelling list and will be given out the week before the test.
